Mission:
We are a country where retired people come to have a last good time. Someone with the age of 70 doesn’t have to lose quality of life, that’s an old-fashioned written rule by our neighbours. With shopriders they travel through our beautiful costal landscape. Therefore, we have no polluted air in Alzheimèria. The youngsters know that there is something to come, the elderly are living the life.
Vision:
We want to get rid of the negative image of aging and give the inhabitants the possibility to extend their lives to do that one thing they always wanted to do. We want to be a country where the elderly can live their last days in peace. With a good healthcare we want them to live pain free and with clean air. People with specific health issues can come to Alzheimèria, where a solution can be found for them. We want to guarantee our residents immortality in the near future.

Each inhabitant of Alzheimèria gets 3 free bottles of the government. If they run out of bottles, each bottle of 50ml costs 27 marbles. The ready-made meals go from 10 to 87 marbles.

"6AM, the sun comes up in Alzheiméria and the day breaks. Fernand’s alarm goes off, but with only the 3 hours of sleep, he wakes up really grumpy. The day before he celebrated their second win of the season. But after a cup of coffee or 3 he is ready for a new day. At 8AM he takes his shoprider and heads to his favourite newsagent to search for the articles of their victory. At 9AM he opens his workplace for the first clients of the day. Until noon he works on the broken shopriders and then goes to friend for lunch. In the afternoon with his racing team to discuss the next race. It’s Saturday, so that means he’s going to the bingo club with his pals in the evening. After losing all night at the bingo club, he hops on his shoprider and heads back home. Before going to bed, he watches some television with a 54 years old scotch..."
Goals: Fernand tries to be the number one tuner of the whole country; he lives for his job. His main goal is to win the shoprider GP with his team, where Fernand is responsible for the mechanics. He is also very interested in politics and through this road he fights against reckless driving behaviour of car drivers.
Needs: Fernand needs his daily job to be satisfied. It is the only thing that keeps him rolling. Sometimes he needs a holiday to keep in touch with his best friends, but most of all with his pit puffs. During his holiday he likes to play cards and drink a good ale.

Likes: Fernand really likes fast and good working shopriders. He often goes in to the wild with his shoplifter to enjoy the peaceful nature. When he is at home, he reads a lot and on a night out he plays bingo with his pals.
Dislikes: He hates to go to the hospital for a check-up, because every time they tell him to take it a little easier. He dislikes the speed limits for shopriders, because he thinks only cars should be speed limited. He’s not fond of very hot temperatures and by the way, he hates cauliflower.

Lifestyle characteristics: Fernand is a busy bee, he’s always working on shopriders and searching for new challenges in the world of racing. He has no daily routine with a lot of late nights and early mornings. Sometimes he experiences bad signs of his body telling him to calm down.

You can ask him a lot of favours and mostly he will do it with a smile. On the other hand, he is very competitive and he can be arrogant during races.

Talentshow
Show concept
On the 12th of May we organize a talent show in Alzheimeria. The winner of the talent show will go to the UBN’s got talent. The show is organized in the concert hall of the capital and will attract over 2000 people. The jury consists of Jerry Cooper (Head of the bingo committee), Alfons Smith (famous opera star) and William Green (3 times champion of the shoprider GP). Everyone can send a video of their talent to Talent@Alzheimeria.com . The jury will filter true the video’s and choose 50 candidates who'll get the chance to perform their act in front of a live audition on the 12th of May.

Problem
Fernand Van De Plas wants to participate in Run for Animale!, but wasn’t allowed to because he rides a shoplifter. He wrote a negative review in the UBN newsletter
Negotiations
We went to talk to Cocumbuela to see if there was an easy solution that could be a win-win for both countries.
Solution
We organize a shoprider grand prix tournament on the same route of the Run for Animale! To announce this, we (Cocumbuela and Alzheiméria) will organize a press conference. In Alzheiméria the shoprider for Animale! will be one of the biggest events of the year.
